The main level features an open concept living area with high ceilings, where natural light pours in through the expansive windows. The living room provides a cozy spot for relaxing, while the adjacent gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy any culinary craving. The butler’s pantry is stocked with everything you need to entertain and the dining area is perfect for hosting meals.
The main level primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom with an oversized shower, heated floor, dual vanity sinks and a private water closet. The first upper level area houses two more bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to offer a peaceful retreat. These two guest bedrooms are equally comfortable: one has a queen bed and one has a queen bed and single day bed. These guest rooms share a hallway bathroom. The second upper level area has the bonus sleeping space all by itself at the top of an open staircase (there is a door in the mud room that separates this wing from the kitchen/living areas) and has a king bed and a living room area with a queen pull out sofa bed, as well as a private en-suite bathroom.
The lower level is an oversized oasis of entertainment and relaxation. There is a large workout area with a Ping-Pong table, Peloton Bike and all the equipment you need to stay in shape while on vacation, along with another full bathroom. The spacious gathering area with a large sectional sofa offers a great spot for movie nights or game nights with the whole family.

Shorter stays at a reduced rate are available in the shoulder season. Summary: We booked this property for our bi-annual family gathering in Chatham. Our priorities were the heated pool/spa and ping pong, but this beautiful home had so many more highlights. New construction and the owners have thought of everything to make a family stay comfortable. We did lots of cooking in the beautiful kitchen, the bedrooms were very comfortable, the game/exercise room was a huge hit and the yard provided a place for outdoor games. The HVAC system was excellent which was important during sunny hot & humid days. The most significant factor giving me confidence in this listing was the host Adam. He replied promptly to all of my emailed questions 6 months ago when I was considering the rental. Then, while we were there in Chatham, he responded within minutes to every text or phone call. He exceeded our expectations and contributed to our fantastic week in Chatham.

The pool area was pristine and although the weather wasn't ideal we were able to spend a few days outdoors enjoying the sunshine and pool. In all honesty, this was the best house we have ever rented and enjoyed. There were no issues with anything, it was all very clear in the binder when we arrived. I highly recommend this beautiful home in Chatham.

I am always grateful when there are a few basic items in homes. Thank you for providing toilet paper, paper towels, kleenexes, trash bags, coffee and laundry detergent. In the kitchen, there was olive oil, salt, pepper and spices which was really helpful.The house was exactly as described online. The property manager was very responsive when we had questions. We visited several restaurants in the area including- Mom & Pops Burgers, Red Nun Bar & Grill, Sacred Cod at The Chatham Bars Inn, and the Wild Goose Tavern.We made lots of great memories with our kids on this stay.
